Ackerman Pierce is actively seeking a Practice Manager to join a Leaving Care team within the Social Care industry in Merseyside.   • Child-Centered Practices: Champion practices that prioritize the well-being of children, including direct work and participation.
  • Supervision of Professional Staff: Lead and guide a team of professionals.
  • Recruitment: Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance services.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage delegated team budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.


Minimum Requirements:

  • SWE Registration: Registered with the Social Work England.
  • 5 Years Post-Qualifying Experience: Demonstrated expertise within the Social Care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB: We can assist in obtaining this if needed.
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
