- Quality Assurance of Systems and Processes: Continuously improve and monitor the effectiveness of systems and processes.
- Current Legislation Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest legal requirements.
- Auditing of Cases: Conduct thorough reviews to maintain high standards.
- Child-Centered Practices: Champion practices that prioritize the well-being of children, including direct work and participation.
- Supervision of Professional Staff: Lead and guide a team of professionals.
- Recruitment: Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent.
- Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance services.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage delegated team budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Minimum Requirements:
- SWE Registration: Registered with the Social Work England.
- 5 Years Post-Qualifying Experience: Demonstrated expertise within the Social Care industry.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB: We can assist in obtaining this if needed.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
