Job summary We have a vacancy for a Practice Nurse to join our friendlyteam. We are looking for somebody to work 35 hours per week over 4 days.We are a progressive SystmOne practice with a list size ofapproximately 12000 patients. We have an excellent nursing team consisting of 3nurses and 3 HCAs. Working alongside them are 4 GP partners, 3 ECPs & 2 PracticePharmacists and a highly supportive Patient Service team. We are a trainingpractice for GP registrars and medical students and highly value every memberof our practice team. We are looking for someone who can deliver a large range ofpractice nursing services.Salary will be dependent upon experience. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the delivery of practice nursingservices, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, deliveringcare within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. Thepractice nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such ashealth promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, well women andwell man clinics, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing ofclinical policy and procedure.
