About the role
The Preconstruction Coordinator provides experienced leadership assisting and coordinating the development of scopes of work and issuing Request for Proposals for residential Renovation and Construction Projects throughout nationwide Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) portfolio. Responsible for coordinating various tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project development timelines are met.
This role will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and smooth operation of residential construction development projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project timelines are met. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Work is performed in a temporary office and construction site environment. Exterior work may include working inclement weather conditions. Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, ladders, long periods of walking in a large multifamily community. Employee will occasionally be required to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
