*** New Pre-Construction / Estimating Manager - SFS - WFH / Merseyside**** The Role The purpose of the role is to identify, win and deliver SFS and window installation packages valued at £400K - £1m, the successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of SFS in the following areas Estimating Sales Material Procurement Placement and management of labour orders The Person Reporting to the Managing Director you will work closely with the management team to manage and develop the SFS business by leading the commercial and contracting functions. The successful candidate should aim to maximise the financial position of each contract, whilst maintaining the relationship with the client. I am looking for a high calibre candidate with excellent attention to detail who has a high level of written / verbal communication skills together combined with the ability to organise, plan and work with operational teams whilst remaining focused on the goal.
