Pre Construction Manager - Regional Building Contractor
Salary Circa £75,000 - £90,000 plus package
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a developing regional contractor who has carved out an enviable reputation in the market with clients and competitors. They work within hotels, leisure, industrial and some social housing on projects from £2M up to £10M.
This is a new position within the company and for the right person would lead to a board director role within the business.
The successful person will be heading up a pre construction team that includes design managers, pre-con Qs's and estimators. This is also a very client facing role, with involvement in negotiated tenders, adding value as well as developing relationships with subcontractors.
In order to be considered you should either already be in a preconstruction manager role, or alternatively hold a senior role within estimating, surveying or design management. You should be a team player and be ambitious and self motivated.
