Pre-Employment TutorAcross Greater ManchesterUp to £28,000 Full-time, PermanentJob Description:We are currently recruiting for a Pre-Employment Tutor who will work with unemployed job seekers in delivering Level 1 & 2 employability qualifications across a number of sector-led programmes.You will be passionate about developing and motivating people, you will be skilled in developing your own resources including lesson planning and ensuring content is adapted across all learning styles and that there is differentiation for all subject matters. You will support learners through their portfolio ensuring they complete the course and that they are fully prepared for their final exam.You should have experience delivering or working within Care, Hospitality, Retail, Business Admin, Customer Services, Facilities, Construction, Health & Safety in the Construction Environment and CSCS card. You will be skilled in completing contractual paperwork and supporting across audit/Ofsted inspection and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able adapt delivery to learners from all backgrounds and abilities and be able to travel across Greater Manchester.Due to the nature of this role you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
