As part of this programme of work our plant and equipment will be modernised over the next 10 years, creating new opportunities for the business and our colleagues.Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Press Crane Driver. This role will involve working as part of a team operating a forge press and organising the crane driving requirements for the press area.Role ResponsibilitiesConduct all the department crane driving needs.Assist with forging and drive the turning gear on cranes.Pre-use crane checks.Crane lifts, in line with lift plans.Descaling forge furnaces.Moving forgings to the Press from forge furnaces.About YouThe following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required.Turning gear driving experience is a distinct advantage.
