Primary EYFS Teaching AssistantLocation: SpaldingJob Type: Full-Time hoursSalary: £85 - £95 Per dayJob Duties: Assist the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) teacher in delivering educational activitiesSupport the development of children aged 3-5 years oldHelp create a safe and stimulating learning environmentWork with small groups or individual children to provide additional supportAssist with classroom management and behaviour strategies Required Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationEnhanced DBS checkFirst Aid certification (desirable) Education:Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishExperience:Prior experience working with young children in an educational settingKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of the EYFS frameworkEffective communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamPatience and flexibility Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) children Working Conditions: Working hours may vary but expected to be full-time during school hoursRegular interaction with children and other staff membersPhysical activities such as assisting in outdoor play and movement activitiesIf you're interested please apply with an updated CV.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
