Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics, Science, English, etc. and a commitment to creating an engaging and positive classroom experience. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive educational program.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development and school initiatives.
Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher.
Strong knowledge of the subject matter and current educational practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Proficiency in using technology and educational software for instruction and assessment.
Valid teaching certification or license is preferred
