  • You take ownership for your own workload and outputs
  • You are successful in growing accounts as well as undertaking business development
  • You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and can create a strong presence on social media to educate people about this agencies opportunities and initiatives
  • Can build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates
  • Ability to communicate technically at a high level to company executives
