We are delighted to be recruiting for a Principal Architect / Architectural Technologist to join our experienced and friendly team.

The role will be responsible for the delivery of a significant capital programme of design works that are predominantly education related. This will include producing drawings, undertaking surveys of sites and buildings, preparation of Planning & Building Control submissions and financial monitoring of projects.

This is a rewarding role where you will be shaping and creating the built environment for the local communities and future generations of the Borough.

To be successful you will need to have experience of completing complex, technical design projects and hold a relevant architecture based HND or equivalent qualification. Excellent IT Skills and experience of Auto CAD are crucial requirements of the role along with the ability to effectively manage projects to timescale and budget.
