You will be joining a highly flexible firm that prides itself on its working from home structure to work around your needs.
The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Competition Solicitor to join a brand-new team launched by the firm to supports its National and International corporate clients.
You will provide high quality UK and EU competition law advice to excellent clients across a range of sectors, including food and agriculture, life sciences, technology, health, and many more.
You will be involved in a wide variety of matters, ranging from a combination of merger control to advisory/behavioural competition law advice As this team has recently launched, you will play an active role in supporting the development of this new department.
The Candidate This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Competition Solicitor ideally with 4 years’ post-qualification experience.
You will ideally have gained experience of transactional and advisory matters, as well as be a able to play a key part on transactions and large projects.
You will have opportunities to support this new area of growth within the firm, therefore this opportunity is perfect for an ambitious solicitor.
