You'll be:

  • Accurate cost control reporting with respect to budgets, commitments, VOWD and forecasts, as per contractual and Worley requirements. Input & Review Project controls procedures such as invoicing procedure, budget and cost control procedure, accounting & invoicing procedure, change order procedure
  • Ensure PAAF procedure, PAAF process and register are up and maintenance are set up correctly and in line with contract, customer and Worley requirements
  • Sub-contract cost management and reporting as required
  • Monthly internal cost reporting
  • Profitability reporting
  • Develop, review and comment on project control procedures to ensure compliance with all contractual and Worley requirements
  • C ost control systems set up
  • Maintenance of Project Cost Control System
  • Change Order Coordination and Control
  • Management and maintenance of Project Staffing Plan
  • Input & Review Project controls procedures such as invoicing procedure, budget and cost control procedure, accounting & invoicing procedure, change order procedure
  • Ensure PAAF procedure, PAAF process and register are up and maintenance are set up correctly and in line with contract, customer and Worley requirements
  • Sub-contract cost management and reporting as required
  • Monthly internal cost, revenue and margin analysis reporting
  • Project close-out and benchmarking
  • Comfortable communicating Cost information to Worley stakeholders and Client Representatives
  • Required to promote good working relationships within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and client representatives.
  • Required to show commitment to and promote Worley values and ensuring the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and ethics, systems, policies and procedures

You'll have

  • Significant experience in cost control.
  • Similar industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of cost control/reporting techniques & methods
  • Knowledge and understanding of contract terms & conditions related to cost, payments, penalties, insurances, guarantees & similar items and physical progress measurement system.
  • Experience in TIC cost management
