OVERVIEW

The Senior Design Analytics Lead

• Works directly with clients and provides value added input
• Has responsibility for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Serves as the data and information subject matter expert on projects
• Helps to achieve assigned revenue targets
• Develops business opportunities that will lead to projects built around strategic issues

Essential Functions

• Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver products including:
  • Indication selection and prioritization
  • Target product profiles
  • Clinical and integrated development plans
  • Program and study designs
  • Clinical and commercial strategies
• Provide expertise to support clients with their portfolio management activities including:
  • Portfolio review
  • Asset development planning and management
  • Due diligence preparation and review
• Provide meaningful answers to client questions by:
  • Researching information sources
  • Analyzing data
  • Providing expert insight into limitations and uncertainties with the tools and data
  • Creating visually appealing and informative results
• Develop and maintain expertise in products commonly used in client projects. For example:
  • IQVIA Pipeline Architect
  • IQVIA Strategy Workbench
  • IQVIA Analytics Engine
  • Competitive intelligence sources
  • Common analytics tools
• Maintain a working knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures to provide industry-leading support for clients
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA Connected Intelligence™ offerings to act as an informed advisor or coordinator
• Actively develop Our People to improve IQVIA capabilities and deliver world class solutions for clients.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of IQVIA activities through:
  • Product innovation
  • Product acquisition
• Ensure smooth transitions from strategic consulting projects into Operational Delivery
• Provide expert input to proposal development to ensure actionable, appropriate, and timely proposals are provided to clients

Qualifications

• Life science masters degree
• Extensive experience in the life science or consulting industry, with specialization in one or more therapeutic areas
• Demonstrable analytical and research skills
• Excellent business development skills
• Client-focused and consultative approach for project management - able to suggest different approaches and provide strategic insights that meet client needs
• Has the desire to develop and mentor junior staff
• An understanding of IQVIA data assets and IQVIA Connected Intelligence™ offerings would be an advantage
