Our client is a leading consultancy business in the offshore wind industry here in the UK and overseas.
A fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and dynamic team who work on the most leading and forefront of offshore wind projects within the UK. The role is based in the UK and Ireland with the opportunity to be office based or fully remote.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading consent applications for offshore wind projects in the UK and overseas.
- Writing technical assessments such as EIA and HRA.
- Advise clients on consenting risks and work within technical teams to find effective solutions to mitigate risk.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members on projects.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
What you’ll need to apply:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the offshore wind/marine sector.
A degree in a relevant field.
Track record of providing written EIA assessments alongside HRA.
Knowledge of the local consenting and regulatory framework in the UK for the offshore wind sector.
