Principal Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech

Salary – up to £115,000 + extensive benefits package

Location – hybrid working (1 day per week/fortnight in Central London office)

We are so excited to be partnered with a Series B funded HealthTech scale-up based in central London on their search for a Principal Full Stack Engineer. They have built an application that aims to solve the staffing crisis across the NHS and Healthcare industry by tailoring individual workforces through the power of flexible working.

Experience required as a Principal Full Stack Engineer:

  • Backend: Java/Kotlin/Scala (you will be using Kotlin but open to any JVM)
  • Frontend: React, Typescript
  • Leadership: line management of team members, as well as technical leadership i.e. defining technical strategies, solution making and implementing strong practices
  • Infrastructure building: AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code
  • Architectural design
  • Quality assurance
