Our best designers champion user needs in their work, bringing project partners and team members with them to deliver intuitive and innovative experiences.
What you'll be doing:
* deliver in a complex partner environment and leading on a wide range of large engagements
* lead on the UX design of products and solutions
* lead the solution of larger-scale undefined problem spaces. For example, "How do portfolio managers share ideas, charts, and layouts with other users?"
* provide specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve sophisticated issues
* demonstrate clear prioritisation and planning for activities to ensure timely delivery
* be an authority in one or more design fields, provide direction and support for your own team and the wider design team
