Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant - Contract Desk

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our London office and focusing on one of our key areas of contract recruitment - SAP, Oracle, Development, Cloud or Data. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top freelance professionals within our current and new client organisations across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, high performing, results-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for freelance technology professionals, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong new business relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identify and engage top talent across Europe.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates on market conditions, project rates, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract technology recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing freelance professionals across Europe and/or UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
