We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Business Support team!
£35,000-£45,000 basic + 33% commission

- We’re a very established Real Estate recruitment company with a strong brand behind us. Every client has a business support team so you’ll have exposure to every client we work with.
- You’ll be joining a team of two with substantial experience into the business support world
- It’s a fast-paced market with no two days the same so expect to be working on lots of jobs and with lots of candidates at any one point
You?
- You will have 1-5 years experience in a office support market and be confident in both business development and candidate attraction
- The market is fast paced and has a quick turnaround in placement of candidates, so you’ll enjoy managing multiple processes at any one time
- You’ll be energetic, positive and a real people person. This is a relationship lead market, so you’ll be good at creating rapport quickly and creating long lasting relationships with clients

- Flexi work - 9.30-4.30pm core hours, 2 days a week working from home
- Unlimited holiday policy with 28 days minimum to take
- 33% commission up until £275K & then 50% of anything you bill over £275K!
