Principal Research & Insight Consultant
Travel, Client Side
West London, Hybrid
£50,000-60,000 base + bonus & great benefits
The Company:
Harnham have partnered with a blue-chip travel organization that is looking for a fantastic research & insight professional to join their West London team.
The Role:
As a Principal Research Consultant you will be responsible for the following;
- Provide customer insight from market research to help drive change in our product and service, guiding the strategic direction of the business
- Define, develop & deliver insight solutions/recommendations that meet the needs of both internal customers and the business
- Manage stakeholder relationships with both internal colleagues as well as third party insight suppliers
- Act as an internal consultant to colleagues on the customer
- Communicate insights in a compelling way
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of managing a large scale quantitative insight programme, ideally in the customer experience
- Relevant experience of working with external market research agencies/consultancies/clients
- Proven analytical ability to synthesize a broad range of data sources including internal operational and social media data to produce recommendations and insight, which result in decision making and/or business growth
- Comfortable in presenting all types of information (including complex data) and strategic recommendations at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
The benefits:
As a Principal Research & Insight Consultant, you can earn up to a base of £60,000 plus an aggressive benefits package
