A railway functional integration engineer is sought to join a client organization with a large established team at a very interesting stage of this project's development. Your Rail Systems Engineering background will have touched upon different rail disciplines such as Signaling, Rolling Stock, or Track, as you will be looking at the functional integration of the various systems on this new and massive railway. Working across the client's different teams, directorates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, it is a fascinating insight into establishing the integration of new technologies and processes that will be incorporated in due course.
I would be interested to chat with any railway systems consultant who is intrigued by this project and has an experienced interest in how the various subsystems integrate. Doors, Enterprise Architect in the rail environment with requirements management, interface management, and system architecture experience is of particular interest. Hybrid working 2 days office (London or Birmingham).
