An exceptional opportunity for a talented solicitor with a strong background dealing with contentious wills, trusts, probate amongst other matters to join a highly prestigious and reputable national firm.
You will need to have excellent client management skills and be a proactive problem-solver. The firm is looking for strong communicators and the ability to work well independently and in a team.
You will be acting for executors, trustees and beneficiaries, running your own caseload of matters with the support of a well organised team. A flavour of the work includes: advising on contested trusts and probate matters, researching and drafting advice and developing strong client relationships. As a senior member of the team you will be supervising junior solicitors.
You will also be an active participator in networking events and business development opportunities. Membership of STEP and ACTAPS, or desire to work towards this would be a real benefit for the role
