This tier-2 ranked firm is after a Private Client specialist to integrate seamlessly into their Worthing-based team, dealing with the full spectrum of Private Client law on a fixed-term contract basis. Seize the opportunity to showcase your legal expertise and management skills in this client-facing role, covering a Legal 500 recommended lawyer.
You will work on matters relating to:
- Will drafting
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax advice and planning
- Formation and registration of Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years PQE as a CILEx/Legal Executive.
