Your new company
I am currently working with a well-established charted accountancy firm based in the heart of London. The firm specialises in tax, accounting, and advisory services to high net-worth clients, which includes their families, businesses and trusts. It is a highly regarded firm both by clients and employees. The firm is growing their international presence as well.
Your new role
The role is a mix between advisory and compliance, with a rough 60/40 split. The role will offer the successful candidate a great number of complex clients to work with. In this role you will be reporting to a mix of partners, as well as helping trainees, senior's and assistant managers with their tax queries. You will also be managing all aspects of tax affairs for clients within your portfolio, as well as giving tax advice to them, to maintain a high level of support for your clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have a sound background within personal and trust taxation.
- Ideally, you will be CTA qualified.
- Ideally, you will have experience with coaching and delegation to junior members of staff.
- You will be able to network effectively.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Have a good level of IT skills - including Excell and Word.
