This leading firm is searching for their newest to maintain a particular element of their Private Client department at their Tunbridge Wells office. They're after an individual whose experience involves work within the charity sector to develop and expand this aspect of their legal offering.
As this firm's newest Private Client Solicitor, you'll benefit from the freedom of hybrid and agile working practices while feeling the presence of your team's support as you bring a unique perspective to their extensive Private Client department.
Your responsibilities as Senior Associate or Partner will include providing advice to charity clients on a broad range of relevant legal matters, consisting of the following, along with more general private client advice regarding estate planning and the like:
- The establishment of new charities,
- The merging of charities,
- The incorporation of unincorporated charities,
- The winding up of charities,
- Providing advice on issues concerning governance,
- Advising clients on how to structure their charitable giving,
- Liaising with the Charity Commission on behalf of clients.
