JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor

THE ROLE:
A thriving practice require the services of an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established Private Client department. This fee-earning role will include progressing basic matters and supporting senior fee-earners in more complex cases and ensuring accurate and the speedy turnaround of work, responding promptly to clients and colleagues. With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the successful Private Client Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages, ensuring good progress is made. The role covers a variety of private client matters, ranging from Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You will join a firm dedicated to providing a high level of service, as well as understanding each client's unique needs.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Solicitors with upwards of 4 years’ experience working within a similar role. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of private client matters and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. The appointed legal professional will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
