Salary dependant on experience
My client, a well known law firm in Otley are recruiting a Private Client Fee Earner. This role would be open to part-time or full-time fee earner. Experience in wills estates and LPA transactional work is essential, including experience of working with the elderly and dealing with trusts and Court of Protection matters. STEP qualification is preferred.
Main Duties:
- Interviewing & Advising clients re: work types listed above
- Administration of case file management in accordance with our procedures
- Ensuring that case work is promptly and efficiently billed.
- Regular review of files, including conducting peer file audits.
- Developing the firms procedures and documentation
- Enhanced IT usage within the department
- Marketing the department, the firm and yourself
- Keeping up to date with changes in law and practice
- Acquainting self with the contents of the Office manual and complying with its procedures.
- Maintaining own training and development record.
