The departmenthandles a mixed caseload of wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, inheritance tax, capacity and deputyship issues but your caseload would initilaly be majority wills related so you should be an experienced will writer with upwards of 2 years PQE.
You should be able to embrace a target driven environment and be happy to utlilise marketing and networking techniques.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Gloucester region.
