Yorkshire – Hybrid/Full time/Part time
The team is looking for a unique role and rare position in the Private Client team. The firm are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor/Legal Director to come on board and grow/manage the team and eventually head up the Huddersfield office.
The team advises on a range of high net-worth Private Wealth matters such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and lifetime tax-efficient succession planning. This includes cross-border issues.
This role is based across the Huddersfield/Halifax offices with home working included (2-3 days). How you manage this time is up to you.
You will manage and run a team of Private Client Solicitors, Paralegals, and support staff while handling more complex cases. Your role will be to mentor and manage these members of staff, especially the trainees and NQs in the team.
You will have the support of the senior partner in the team and the wider senior team in implementing changes and driving the team. How the Huddersfield team develops will be down to you. The current senior partner just wants to fee earn, and really wants to step away from any/all management duties.
You will also have autonomy over how you develop and grow your contacts and networks, not everyone works in the same way, and the firm understands this.
