They specialise in Actions against the Police, Family Law, Wills, Trusts, and Probate, among other areas. Their modern offices cater to residents in Barnet, Finchley, Hampstead, and beyond, providing comprehensive legal services throughout London and the UK.


Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will have specialised in wills and probate, with trusts expertise being a bonus. They should possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate (WTP) gained post-qualification, with additional experience being advantageous. This is a junior role, and the candidate will work under the supervision of an Associate Solicitor and report directly to [Your Name/Title].


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of wills and probate matters under the guidance of senior solicitors.
  • Draft wills, trusts, and related legal documents.
  • Assist clients with estate planning and administration.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties involved in probate matters.
  • Attend client meetings and court proceedings as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation related to wills, trusts, and probate.


Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a focus on wills and probate. NQ- 2 Years
  • Minimum of 6 months' post-qualification experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
  • Experience in trusts is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
