Description:Part-time Private Dentist required for 2-3 days per week (MONDAY & WEDNESDAY) in a FULLY PRIVATE practice near Leeds.
• Monday & Wednesday (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Thursday & Saturdays (negotiable)
• 45% split on private income
• FEE PER ITEM LIST ONLY
• 50/50 labs
• 1 surgery practice equipped with R4
• CT Scanner
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Experienced nurse support
• Longstanding support team
• Patient parking on-site
• Staff parking very close to practice
• Available to start ASAP

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
