The Opportunity
This firm is well known for their expert advice on mid to upper market Corporate Private Equity transactions. You will be actively involved in a variety of challenging large scale transactions and therefore this will be an ideal position for an Associate who is looking to avoid being pigeonholed in their role, keen to take on more responsibility and broaden their experience within Private Equity. You will have excellent exposure and training on how to handle the full life cycle of a transaction from structuring all the way through to close with the supervision and support of the wider Corporate group.
