You’ll join a full-service, multi-site firm with several offices around Manchester and Cheshire, and you’ll be joining the largest team based out of their Bury office – but with the ability to work from home up to four days per week, this role is commutable from anywhere in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
The firm has an exceptional employee retention rate and role has come about due to organic growth, with a ready caseload for you to get stuck into.
Not only will you be able to join at Associate level or above, as there is plenty of work, the need to do BD or networking will not be a barrier to progression to Senior Associate and beyond – something many lawyers simply don’t enjoy that much!
You’ll enjoy extremely manageable targets and a fantastic work/life balance. The firm takes employee wellbeing very seriously and has recently employed a “Head of Happiness” - so there are lots of team treats, socials and charity events to join in with if you wish to!
If you’re looking for something closer to home but still with lots of progression, this could be the role for you - the firm is sizeable but has only five partners, so there isn’t a ceiling on how far you could go. The Head of Family is passionate about developing the team and you’ll enjoy a personalised progression plan with minimum quarterly check-ins to support your development to the next level.
