We are working with a top international law firm in London who are looking for an Associate with 3-6PQE to join their Investment Funds Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a collaborative and supportive firm where you will engage in meaningful work and grow your career.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fund - related transactions, from fund formation, co-investments and secondary transactions, through to GP and LP-led restructurings.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience gained in private practice.
- Have trained at well-regarded firm in their funds practice.
