Job Description

Do you feel like a cog in your current employer's sales machine?

Are you tired of spending your time making 'bookings' and 'reservations' - the same old, same old tedious conventions and sales-driven approach to luxury travel?

Do you want to grow personally and benefit directly from the time and energy you invest, and the work you do?

Do you think there could be a different way? An approach that gives you more personal satisfaction, your clients better experiences, and you significantly higher revenue?

Lastly, ask yourself whether you have the experience, drive and potential to run this business?

If yes, please read on then get in touch.

Who we are:

We've been leading the creative experiential luxury travel industry for 15 years, organising unique travel experiences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. Here, travel is much more than a tick-list of destinations in luxurious hotels, resorts, and private islands. It's about transformation, growth, building meaningful memories, and achieving our client’s goals. We think big focusing on the WHY and HOW, and then the where. We're a company whose DNA is to always think bigger than we are.

What does this look like in practice?

·        Chloe is a huge James Bond fan, on her trip to Iceland we arranged for her to meet Leifur Dagfinnsson, the man in charge of shooting the Icelandic scenes in Die Another Day.

·        Hugo was frustrated as his teen children were not interested in the idea of a family holiday. We discovered they loved computer games, so we created a gamified luxury travel experience - a 14-day escape room journey

·        The Malkovich family wanted their vacation memories to last forever so we created a Virtual Reality extension of their trip so that they could continue their journey of discovery long after they returned home.

·        For the extended Diller family, we chartered one of the world’s most stunning mega-yachts and turned each day into a fairy tale land adventure culminating in a never-to-be-repeated grand finale involving a cast of hundreds

·        On his honeymoon Pierre wanted to meet cool people so we introduced him and his fiancé to journalists, community leaders, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, an Olympian and a Professor of Sports Medicine.

·        For a family travelling in a remote corner of Vietnam where no accommodation existed we built a village that met their needs and became a community hub after they left.

·        Bob and his partner are accomplished triathletes who wanted to focus on their training whilst travelling. Based on their detailed brief we immersed ourselves in the world of triathlons, devised the perfect courses, involved experts, assembled the perfect support team, and delivered an experience worthy of world-class triathletes.

And ask us about our take on VR travel experiences, bringing the benefits of travel to people who, for whatever reason can't travel.

In short, we solve problems for our clients - and often these involve travel.
