This is a superb opportunity to join a market leading firm who have a specialist Contested Wills, Trusts & Estates department handling a wide range of Private Wealth disputes including Will Disputes, Inheritance Act Claims,onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, supportive, ambitious and innovative team and also develop your contentious trust and probate knowledge. If you have worked in non-contentious work mainly but had some exposure to contentious work and wish to proceed within that then you can approach us in confidence.
The team acts for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financialinstitutions.
Ideally you'll be at 1-4 years PQE and have trained and gained experience in a comparable busy team where you'll have had exposure to this genre of work and been trained and mentored by noted partners and senior associates.
The successful candidate will be exposed to the full range of contested will, trust and estate work and will work closely alongside the Partner based in Southampton to help develop the team’s marketing strategy in Southampton.
With yourexcellent organisational and teamwork skills you would be expected to form close working relationships with people at higher and lower PQE levels than you.
The ideal candidate will either have, or be working towards, the ACTAPS diploma.
