Process Operative Posted on June 14th, 2024 by Spalding £ - £ per hour Type of Job: Temporary Staffline is recruiting for a Skilled Process Operative to work at Bakkavor in Spalding. This is a semi-skilled role with guaranteed hours of work and fixed shift patterns These positions are 12 weeks temp to perm. Process Operatives work a continental shift pattern, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off. The shift times/rates of pay for Process Operatives are: - Days: 6am - 6pm, £ - Nights: 6pm - 6am, £ Overtime is available and paid after hours Your Time at Work As a Process Operative, duties will include: - Operating Machinery - Preparing Ingredients - Following recipes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - Training operatives to a high standard - Completing production paperwork - Manual Handling Our Perfect Worker Our perfect Process Operative will be able to read and write in English and have basic numeracy skills. A keen eye for detail and ability to read instructions accurately are required. Experience as a Process Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
