What You'll Do...

As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement team in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and effective workflows.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support, including updating new supplier forms, chasing missing documents and maintaining procurement records.
  • Assisting in the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Preparing purchase orders, conducting order tracking, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and comparing prices, quality, and delivery times.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on procurement activities.


What You'll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in procurement or a related field
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
