Accountabilities: Provide leadership across the Procurement function to ensure sustained improvement in SHE performance. Drive the procurement strategy with Procurement Excellence as the cornerstone to deliver the Procurement function’s optimum contribution to financial results (EBITDA and cash). Develop a long-term procurement strategy with ambitious targets for INOVYN’s next phase of growth including the fundamental transformation of the energy markets. Develop and drive business sustainability objectives within the function. Ensure the Procurement function has clear development and succession plans for key roles and individuals. Grow future leaders into Board-ready candidates and secure succession for key roles. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in management, economics or engineering. At least 15 years’ experience in the petrochemicals industry, including at Board level. Proven track record of driving Procurement Excellence in a multi-national context. Highly developed negotiation skills. Acknowledged experience within energy and sustainability markets. Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of other European languages a distinct advantage. Proven track record of people management. A master coach, able to motivate, develop accountability and enhance potential with direct reports and wider team.
