Job Description
- Manage and oversee the procurement and supply chain team.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with the public sector regulations.
- Monitor supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies within the procurement process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and standards.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
