The Job Role
    • Procurement Manager to maintain relationships with current suppliers ensuring compliance with all agreements
    • Manage a small team of 3
    • Management and development of purchasing systems and processes
    • Develop and drive continuous improvement in purchasing activities
    • Lead supplier reviews, tendering and contract negotiations
    • Developing internal relationships, ensuring purchasing is considered in all relevant business decisions
    • Seek out opportunities to reduce costs and improve quality
The Requirements
    • Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be comfortable with delivering projects and purchasing strategies.
    • You will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • The Procurement Manager will have a structured, methodical and hands-on approach to ensure all contracts are complied with and renewed or retendered at the appropriate time.
    • Worked in a similar role within food services would be preferable.
