They are looking for a Procurement Manager who shares their values and can help drive efficiency in purchasing processes while maintaining a commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function and supporting the charity in managing its supply chain efficiently. Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the charity’s goals. Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Negotiating contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and adhere to legal and ethical standards. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with charity and regulatory guidelines. Proven experience in procurement, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
