This position is integral to ensuring that procurement activities adhere to internal policies and comply with external regulations, while securing the best possible value. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their product/service offerings.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to obtain advantageous agreements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliability of goods and services.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage supply chain logistics efficiently.Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and timely.Review and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
