Hybrid 2/3 days a week in Central London.This is an exceptional opportunity in a rapidly expanding company to look after all FM expenditure and project delivery as they open several offices across the Globe.You must be prepared to get stuck in to the nitty gritty of moving projects forward as well as the overall strategic development of the FM category. You will; have end to end procurement knowledge and experience of soft and hard (refurbs and refits) FM. As they are a technology-based company, knowledge of IT and how it fits into FM and office expansions is essential.Superb career prospects in this growing team and greenfield department.
