As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key metrics, gathering business requirements, supporting product roadmap delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance product success. Your role encompasses supporting the execution of new technologies, improving existing business processes, creation and monitoring product success metrics and facilitating effective product communications.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
- Construct requests for the Data and Analytics department to ensure accurate and timely reporting and creation of product success dashboards using various data sources.
- Submitting product requirements that are needed to support data requests and define data to be sent to the data lake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support in gathering comprehensive product requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Assist the Product Manager in delivering the product roadmap by providing analytical support.
- Contribute to the planning and prioritization of features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to define requirements and priorities for effective product development.
- Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and improve overall product functionality.
- Ensure smooth integration and adoption of new features, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Create user flows and document existing business processes to inform future changes.
- Support in planning and creating product communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business/Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management processes.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, adept at using the MS Office suite.
- Experience with Salesforce. (Desired)
- Experience with Power BI.(Desired)
- Experience in Higher Education industry(Desired)
- Experience using JIRA(Desired)
