Your Role in our Mission

Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need a Product Communications Manager to lead on the global communications internally for changes and updates to our products. You will own the channels and content for sharing information related to new releases and enhancements, incidents and general updates as well as general knowledge-sharing. Your mission is to create compelling, engaging and useful information for our internal communities so everyone at every level, in every location of our business, is armed with the information they need to support our mission.

As an experienced Communications Manager, you will have the ability to write communications on technical concepts to a broad audience in a way that is simple and usable. You will be a key part of the Global Product Operations, supporting the Product Operations Manager by owning all communications to the organisation in relation to our products.

  • Build a strategy for effective internal communications on our product, strategy and roadmap(s) to drive up knowledge and awareness of our strategy, product developments and other key initiatives across the Global Product and Engineering Teams
  • Develop and be responsible for a global multi-channel communications plan to keep regions, countries and other collaborators informed about product strategy, developments, processes and priorities (e.g. events, long and short-form content, presentations, videos etc.) 
  • Review existing communications and optimise for improved engagement and knowledge-sharing as well as for scale 
  • Develop engaging communications to keep the business informed about updates to our platform and modules 
  • Own internal product channels, including blogs, monthly virtual meets and others as identified
  • Drive up engagement with internal communications raising awareness of our product developments 
  • Write accurate, well-organised, consistent, and highly effective content for new and updated features of our service in the appropriate forms (flow charts, tutorials, videos etc.)
  • Prepare communications for incidents and major changes to our products
Skills
  • Expert in producing multi-form communications for tech/SAAS products
  • Proven experience crafting communication strategies and plan to increase engagement
  • Ability to write communications on technical concepts to a broad audience in a way that is simple and usable
  • Experience working across multiple teams e.g., training, engineering, account management, success teams & third parties.
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to succinctly articulate key points
  • Persuasive writing skills, the ability to reflect technical accuracy required
  • Develop knowledge of the Reward Gateway platform, associated modules and partner products
  • Analytical and improvement mindset to measure success and impact of internal comms and how it relates to the success of our products
  • An established team player with experience working well remotely within geographically distributed teams
  • Technical acumen
