Product Delivery Manager – Next Retail
We're looking for a talented Product Delivery Manager to enhance our industry-leading customer offerings. Our Next
Retail team is in charge of maximising revenue and supporting our commercial efforts to provide top-notch B2B and B2C
customer solutions.
If you're passionate about improving customer experiences, developing effective product strategies, using technology
effectively, and fostering collaboration to address challenges related to tariffs and bundles, you've found the right place.
We value our flat and agile organizational structure and aim to maintain it. As we expand, we need a hands-on Product
Delivery Manager to help us strengthen our retail capabilities across the company. The Product Delivery Manager will
lead a team in developing innovative solutions to complex customer and business challenges.
Our Product Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with our people and customers to pinpoint the most valuable
problems to solve. They must have a thorough understanding of our systems, identify areas for improvement, and serve
as product area experts. They will stay informed about end-user and customer needs, monitor technological
advancements, and explore future possibilities, bringing together technology, people, and processes to drive continuous
innovation throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities
- Build great relationships with our commercial, Go-to-market and Chief of Staff teams
- Collaborate and define business goals and outcomes that maximise value
- Create a product vision and roadmap that improves our overall customer proposition
- Manage a product team and work with in house engineering and SaaS providers to deliver products that customers and users love.
- Drive a lean experimental approach to unlocking value across the Retail Product area and our Commercial business
- Develop an in depth understanding of E.ON Next’s technology and get creative as to how we can leverage it to solve problems.
- Be obsessed with the customer problem - We don’t walk away until we deliver the desired outcome
- Create transparency within the team that ensures alignment across all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree qualified equivalent, with strong product experience
- Previous experience in delivering complex change in a project, programme or delivery management role
- Agile experience and execution skills
- Highly organised, with excellent reporting, problem solving and analytical skills
- High degree of resilience, working in a fast paced agile environment.
- Experience of working with SAAS product and technology partners
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
- Adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Customer service experience with experience across the customer lifecycle
- Excellent communications, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience of influencing at a senior level
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking

Competitive salary
Location – Nottingham with travel to our other sites when required.
