About the Role:

Due to our client's business growth, they are seeking a dynamic Product Design Engineer with expertise in all stages of design, from concept generation to production and testing. This hands-on role allows you to be involved in every phase of product development, ensuring your designs come to life and reach the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial concept through to production.
• Utilize 3D CAD and SolidWorks to create and modify designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet production and quality standards.
• Engage in sketching, CAD development, and testing.
• Innovate and improve existing products.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree and 2+ years of experience in product design or design engineering.
• High proficiency in 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks, as well as FEA and 3D rendering.
• Competence in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in model making, prototyping, and workshop practices.
• Excellent sketching and product styling abilities.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £34,000-£36,000
• Working Hours: 8:30-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
