Key Responsibilities:
- Gain deep insights into our business drivers to align product goals with user needs.
- Utilize customer insights and data to inform user experience design.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables, from concepts to detailed UI designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new design opportunities.
- Present designs effectively to gain buy-in and alignment.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly websites and mobile applications.
- Partner with technical teams to implement product designs effectively.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of UX/UI experience across mobile and web applications (iOS or Android)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and deliverables.
- Experience with product adoption metrics and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with current technologies and their application to digital experiences.
- Expertise in designing for native iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping software.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across digital products.
- Pragmatic approach to design in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Someone who has previously worked within the Banking/Financial sector would be a big advantage
