The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our existing team to help us redefine the future of rewards.


This will be an exciting role working across a member facing mobile app, you’ll need to understand the requirements of both the business and our users to create experiences which delight and achieve strategic goals.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and solving broad, ambiguous Product challenges. The role will suit someone who is creative, detail-oriented and looking to rapidly develop their skills in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer .
  • An expert in UX/UI preferably across customer facing mobile applications.
  • Experience using Figma and other design tools.
  • Can create engaging prototypes.
  • Experience contributing to product direction and strategic thinking whilst identifying opportunities to high level customer problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present design ideas to all stakeholders explaining your design decisions with clear rationale and storytelling.
  • Comfortable at managing the expectations of stakeholders including CEO/CMO.
  • Experience working with a Product Manager inside a squad which also includes Engineers.
  • Be a representative for Design as part of a cross functional team.
  • Must be adept at working collaboratively in a team environment amongst other designers.
  • Experienced in facilitating user research.
